You can join our dance classes pretty much anytime you want to, of course everyone is different & some people will cope better than others with joining a course mid-way through.

IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANY TYPE OF DANCE LESSONS EVER BEFORE:

If we are past week three, we'd recommend that you see the next course date and start then.

How to Join

1. Print out our JDK Flyer so you have our latest venue & times information

2. Download our Registration Form, complete it, print it out & bring it with you when you come along on week one, two or three. We only take new beginners into the classes upto & including week three. If you've done recognised, structured dance lessons before you can join in beginners anytime. If you want to join Improvers, you need to show us that you meet the right standards to participate.

3. If you'd like to join our social club, download the Social Club Form and complete it. Social club members get first notification of all event (which is really handy when an event has limited numbers) ...but more importantly, social club members get a discounted price at every event as you'll notice on the "What's On" page. Membership costs only $10 per year + a one time $5 joining fee as long as you renew your membership before the annual renewal date each year.

4. Check what week we're on from the home page. If we're past week three then look just below the 'What Week' box to find the start date of the next course.

5. Come along and join in the fun!

REMEMBER to bring some money for a drink as well as $12 for the class.

I am happy to announce that Kari will be teaching Monday classes at Lake Monger Recreation Club until the end of the 2011.

Before the start of 2012, we will announce what we have planned for future.

FAREWELL TO DEAN & KELLY...

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Dean & Kelly for running the Monday Wembley and Wednesday Padbury classes for the last 18 months.

It was with confidence that I entrusted part of my business to them and I am pleased to say that they are leaving with their heads held high after their time in charge of their own classes. They operated with confidence and integrity. I am proud to call them both friends and look forward to inviting them along to a Saturday dance sometime in the near future (a night that best suits their schedule) for a tribute dance and an opportunity for them to say goodbye to everyone in a more 'planned' way.
